Do your basic layout work, then send the file to Media Trends and we will quickly adjust the pages for the best look and optimal output for printing.

• Photos will be color-corrected (or changed to grayscale) and adjusted so they print beautifully. (No more dark or muddy pictures!).

• We can check your paper for common layout errors like too much white space or articles that end unevenly, and make them fit.

• If you need to make any last-minute changes in the layout or add a late article, we will correct/add at no extra charge.

• We will send you a PDF proof so you can approve the finished layout.

• Add our Print Deluxe service, or send the press-ready PDF to your local printer.
  

Recommended page layout file formats are QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Pagemaker or Publisher. (We accept Microsoft Word files, however, printing color newspapers from Microsoft Word is not recommended.)
